Weekday Summer Meals and Treats...

Hello all,

Haven't had the chance to post the past couple days.  But here are the thing that I made=)

Monday, I made a Mixed Berry Pie.

Photo credit to my lovely sister Rachel!

First time doing a lattice crust!

All baked!
My talented sister's lovely photography!

That night for dinner, I made Italian Beef for Sandwiches.

Along with Oven Fried French Fries.

Tuesday night, I made Chicken Cordon Bleu for dinner.

Some steamed Broccoli to go along with it.

And today, I made a Chocolate Cheesecake!

Fourth of July weekend is just around the corner, and I am super excited!!

  12. Hi Hannah: I've been in the kitchen for many years longer than you have. I can make every French crust out there. I have never mastered the American pie crust. I hyperventilate at the thought of doing a lattice top. And there you are, calmly executing both the crust and the lattice. Kudos! I'd love a piece.

    Happy 4th cooking.

    Best,
    Bonnie
