First creation with my new toy...!!

Bonjour!!

Wow, 16 followers!!  And 9 comments on my last post in just two days?!  Thank you all so much, really appreciate it.

Made my first creation with my new gorgeous Kitchen Aid!!  Still trying to decide on a name for it..haha.
Decided to go with Raspberry Almond Blondies, I've made them once before.  And have decided, if I ever open up a bakery or something, I'm totally selling them!!

Took this picture with my phone, so I apologize for the poor quality.
They turned out quite splendidly, I used Spelt Flour for the crust.

I sent a few with my best friend because it was my first creation and I mean, it was their Un-Birthday!=)

Thank you all so much for your kind words and such.
=)

  9. Lovely dessert. Normally don't care for blondies cause when one can have scrumptious brownie, why have blondie? But this dessert looks so colorful with all it topping, i just might prefer it over a brownie.
Checked your profile ->Being married and having a kid is a blessing...most of the times..but, not always..lol
