Two meals in one day, what fun!!

Hello all!!,

Really, all of this feedback from everyone, has been wonderful!
26 followers and 14 comments on my last post.  Thanks so much!!

Although, I've been looking at and following a lot of cooking blogs, and gotta day, all of the meals I see are putting mine to shame!!  But, I am still learning, and always will.

So today was a busy day, food wise.
I made two meals today, one for a family at our church and one for my family=)

The first meal I made, was a Pasta Casserole.  Mixed together some cooked Penne pasta, tomato sauce, a bit of whipping cream, garlic, oregano, and some salt.  Layered some of the pasta mixture in a dish, then some pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and then repeated it once.  Didn't get a picture of it though=/
We always sent along a Salad, Breadsticks, and some Toffee Bars I had made yesterday.

For us, I made Spaghetti and Meatballs, with a Salad, and Breadsticks.

Doubled the batch of Breadsticks, and even have some more for tomorrow night!!
I let this simmer all day.

It's been such a wonderful day!!

  1. Looks like you cooked up a fabulous meal, Hannah. That is very generous of you to cook for a family in need. And those breadsticks! I could eat a batch of them right now.

  8. Those breadsticks look to-die-for. And, the Kitchenaid picture is hilarious. I also have one with mine where I have a big cheesy grin and my shiny Kitchenaid sits there all glorious like :)
