Wonderful Wednesday!!

Hello dears,

I am just overwhelmed with how many comments I received on my last post, and in such short time!
Also, 13 followers in less than a month, wow!!  Thank you to all=)

Yesterday was such a wonderful day indeed.

First off, I made some Carmel Bread Pudding, it was so joyful.  I had never made Bread Pudding before, and it was super fun.

And just as this was baking, my Kitchen Aid I ordered Monday came in the mail!!!
That was what I got with my graduation money, along with a pair of Maroon Toms, which haven't come yet, but hopefully will soon!!

Pictures by my lovely sister Rachel=)

My cousin Erika in the backround, a little blurry=)

I decided to go with just straight White, cause White matches with anything, and who knows what my Lord Willing future kitchen will look like.

So that evening, I drove Erika back to her house.  I made Waffles for everyone for dinner.  My 10 year old cousin Emma has been craving them, and they don't have a Waffle Iron.
Rachel and I stayed until about 10:00 and then it was back home.

God is so gracious, and I am too blessed.

  4. I had to smile when I read your post about receiving a Kitchen Aid mixer using your graduation money....When I graduated (many years ago). I received a Kitchen Aid mixer as a graduation present from my parents. My friends laughed affectionately at the idea. I still have the Kitchen Aid mixer. You will have a lot of good years from your Kitchen Mixer.

  5. Yay! For you cool new mixer! Can't wait to see all the goodies you make with it. And your caramel bread pudding sounds positively scrumptious! I never made it before either.
